What is the practical timeline to begin building my home after taking this course and having access to the resources?

A reasonable timeline is at least 2 weeks to gather the details. But some students work on their build, while they learn through my course.

I hear it is really expensive to build right now and I do not know if I can cashflow the construction. Is this going to help me?

It will depend on your land ownership, material decisions, negotiation abilities and subcontracting path. I help you figure all this part out! Plus we go over resourceful financing so no construction loan or all cash up front needed.

We have been overthinking and waiting for years. What if I come in over budget?

I understand the fear and concern. When we dealt with this we remembered God would provide. That there would be access to money we could not even imagine. We only had our land and $14K in savings. I will teach you how to work through this.

What if the quotes we get are very high?

I train you on negotiation techniques, price comparison based on quality and methods to reduce cost before you even break ground. This route is worth the process.

Will your course really save me time or just add more to my day?
